Hi Frank,

Thanks for the response. I will check into this, have been away so not been on, I have also asked the question to some of the other European clans so will give you feedback this week.

Thanks,

barky

Hello Barkygazelle2,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts!

Your request has been escalated to me.

Regarding your recent issues with Modern Combat can you confirm if you are still having
these same problems? Our engineering staff made some changes to our servers right after your last
contact to us that should have improved the overall performance.

We do appreciate your patience and your time.

Take care,

Frank

Are you trying to insult your users by yet again closing this issue.

Please read My last response on the most recent question, it asks you not to close and pass the buck but for you to monitor the situation on your customers behalf...You take our money...You have to deal with the complaints...not anyone else.

So please do not close this thread and I would appreciate a fortnightly (every 14 days) update to the issue at hand, not sorry cant be bothered.

Regards,

Scott

Thanks for your quick response.

There maybe little more you can do but we do not accept the ticket being closed. The game is proudly sold under your banner and you take our money and distribute how you see fit. So it is yourselves that have to resolve this for your customers. How you do that is your concern and may well be with the developer but until this is resolved do not close the ticket, the issue DOES NOT go away by that happening. Close this when it is fixed, see it through for your customers. If this has to be fixed by a third party albeit but you need to chase it for us as we will continue to chase you as you are our supplier.

Regards,

Barky

Hi Barky!

Thanks for updating us on this concern with the European servers for Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. As stated in the earlier e-mail, the developer, in this case DICE, has been made aware of your concerns about the servers. Any changes that could be made regarding how the game performs must be done by them, not our network engineers, and we have done everything possible to make them aware of your concerns. We do understand you concerns and frustrations but aside from passing along those issues to the people who programmed and created the game, there isn't much more we can do. We have added additional servers and cut down on re-routing players, performed a full system refresh, and even went so far as letting you know that we were aware of your issues with the game and that we were letting the developers know about it. I do not know what else you would like for us to do but, in truth, we have done everything within our power to get this issue addressed on your behalf. Unfortunately, things have not been addressed with all due speed and that's not anything that we at EAGAMES Technical Support can control. All I can recommend to you at this time is to be patient while the developers look over the issues. They may surprise you and implement some changes or they may choose not to do anything at all but we won't know unless they are given ample time to research the cause of some of these issues so that they can fix them.

Thanks again for your understanding and patience.

Rob M.

Below is the latest installment as they have ignored us all completely and closed the ticket.
_____________________________________________
I can not believe You ignored my last comment and closed this issue.

ID 77717.

You are not taking this seriously at all and do not value customers, once again I ask for your comments on this issue and do not blame others, you market the game, you are responsible to answer the questions, do not just pass this on and wipe you hands clean of it.

Look at our comments (http://mut.rednbarky.com) look at the News section and see what the European Clans think of your attitude and customer care.

Get some manners and some decent customer service and do something about it.

Barky.
